Yes! in fact, 1-2-1 personal training is a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! 1-2-1 sessions take place in my private, air-conditioned gym near Dorking and you will have the use of the space exclusively for yourself during each session.
I do not have a "typical"client, so you are in good company. My clients are of varied ages and training backgrounds. Some are unsure about strength and fitness training at the start. Many value and enjoy it. It's fair to say that I work best with those who are motivated to reach their goals, whatever these may be.
I have Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training; Level 3 Pre and Postnatal Exercise Instructor Diploma and Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing. I regularly research, read and update myself on best-practice training methods. I strength train, run and keep fit in various ways most days of the week.
It all depends on you! While we will go at your pace to reach your goals, you can expect me to challenge you (after all, this is partly why you are paying me). We will work collaboratively and I will support and motivate you all the way.
