Training people is my passion. I am a fully-qualified Personal Trainer, with particular interest in Strength and Conditioning training. As many of my clients are female, I ensure the training methods I use are aligned with the latest research and thinking about strength training for women in all phases of life. To this end, I am also qualified in pre and post-natal adaptations.
My clients come from all walks of life, ages, and training backgrounds.
Drawing on my professional and personal experience and expertise, I create bespoke and varied training plans for each individual client.
Our work together will be supportive, motivational, fun and (quite likely) challenging. Together, we will improve your fitness, muscle mass, strength, balance, mobility and more.
I am Michal Stein, a 50+ year old Mum and ex-City professional. I have first-hand experience of how difficult it can be to commit to a fitness regime and to looking after ourselves while leading a busy life.
I am not "a natural-born" athlete and I do not have a “perfect” figure (whatever this may be). For parts of my life, I was overweight and it took me some time to commit to a largely fit, healthy and goal-focused life-style. But, what was once a bit of chore (and at times quite hard) has turned into a hugely enjoyable and positive force in my life. And, while being fit and healthy is integral to my life today, I continue to enjoy good food, drink and company as well as a good night out.
In short, I am human and authentic about it!
