1-2-1 personal training is the optimal way to improve fitness, strength and physical well-being. Individual needs vary with age, gender, life’s demands and personal goals and aspirations. 1-2-1 training allows each session to be about you: your abilities, your needs and your goals.
Various bespoke packages are on offer, tailored to each client's needs.
Your 1-2-1 workouts will be designed to help you reach your goals in a safe, effective and enjoyable manner. I will ensure a good technique and use a range of fitness methods and equipment to help you progress at a suitable rate.
No two sessions will be the same!
I will adapt your programme to keep you motivated and engaged and to take account of your progress and life events (including pregnancy, injuries, training for specific events etc).
Before we begin working together, we will discuss your exercise history, short and longer-term goals and any medical conditions you may have.
We will review your physical strengths and weaknesses and, if you want, discuss your nutrition. You will leave the consultation knowing what you can expect from our work together.
Small group personal training (SGPT) sessions offer high quality training in groups of up to 8 participants*. Each client receives personal attention and there is a sense of community, camaraderie and support. Sessions are suitable for all levels of experience and fitness. We use a good range of equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, plyo box and more) and have elements of both strength and HIIT-type work. The workouts are varied and challenging; and I support and motivate each and everyone of you every step of the way. You will gain and see results within weeks.

If you (or the teenager, student or significant other in your life) prefer working out independently, but aren't quite sure how to progress effectively, my bespoke training programs are for you.
Programs can be for anything between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on needs goals. Video and technique guidance can be added too. Programs will be tailored to your fitness and training experience, training frequency, available equipment and goals.

1-2-1 sessions take place in a well equipped private gym in Westcott near Dorking. Small Group Personal Training Sessions take place in Shere Village Hall on Monday mornings and Friday afternoons. Additional locations and sessions will be added soon.
Outdoors sessions in the Surrey Hills and Dorking area can also be arranged. Workouts alongside the curious and friendly Westcott Alpacas are enjoyed by some of my clients.
